The service operator is HK JIUMI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. Privacy requests can be sent to hi@jiumai.ai.
We process your email address, password hash, verification status, sessions and security records to provide and protect your account. Verification emails are sent through our transactional email provider. Passwords and verification codes are not intended to appear in public responses or application logs.
Uploaded materials, prompts, generated outputs, task records and usage records are processed to provide the features you request and maintain billing and service integrity. Necessary content may be sent to the provider selected for that task. Do not upload information you lack authority to share.
The international service uses its own account and data environment. Service providers involved in email, hosting and requested generation may process data in other jurisdictions. Contact support for information about relevant processing arrangements.
A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. The shopping cart stores product identifiers and quantities in your browser’s local storage; remove cart items or clear site storage to delete them.
Payment Processing and Transaction Information
JIUMAI uses Oceanpayment as its third-party payment service provider for supported paid transactions.
When you make a purchase, you are redirected to Oceanpayment's hosted checkout page to enter your payment details.
Oceanpayment may send transaction-related information to JIUMAI, including order references, transaction amounts and currencies, payment methods, transaction identifiers, payment statuses, transaction results, card brands, masked card numbers, card-issuing countries, and payment authorization references.
Relevant transaction information is used to verify payment outcomes, reconcile orders, administer purchased Credits and membership entitlements, respond to billing enquiries, and review refund requests.
Payment details entered through Oceanpayment's hosted checkout are processed by Oceanpayment in accordance with its applicable privacy and security practices.
Records are retained as needed to provide the service, address security and disputes, and meet applicable obligations. You may contact support to request access, correction or deletion, subject to identity verification and any retention obligations. Marketing consent is separate from the transactional communications required for your account.
